Hot Toys have finally gone back to releasing more Star Wars figures and this time they are starting with the soldier of the Galactic Empire, Stormtrooper! The set comes with 2 weapons (blaster pistol and rifle), 7 interchangeable hands, and pretty neat display stand.
The leather holster attached to the belt is pretty nice quality but seems to only fit the rifle only and not the pistol. The button on the holster is actually magnetic so it's really easy to attached and detach.
Both weapons are very detailed and just looks so cool. It's hard not to pose this guy dual-wielding.
The helmet is the best part of the figure. The iconic look is spot on and really makes the figure an authentic stormtrooper.
The figure is incredible and looks as if it came straight out of the movie. The simple design, features and even the limited articulation is spot on and surprisingly really fun to play with. My only regret is that I didn't get the 2-pack set instead. Pictures really don't do much justice for this simple designed figure but it's a classic and must have for any Star Wars fan. Even if your not into the series, this figure is still awesome and looks badass enough even when solo.
Hot Toys have already announced more figures from the series coming but if you can't wait, it goes perfectly well with any of the sixth scales released by SideShow Collectibles!
